Your pañcāṅga, and the welcome line
A tithi is not a global fact. It begins and ends at a moment in time, so which tithi stands at sunrise depends on where you are — and sunrise, rāhukāla, varjya and durmuhūrta are local outright. Two families can owe the same Ābdika on different Gregorian days because they live in different places.
Once the tithi is chosen, everything downstream schedules on the corresponding date — that is what a Purohita's diary runs on — but every booking your devotees see names the tithi first, because that is what they came to arrange.
The welcome line on your own domain
The same date, time and tithi strip that greets people here can sit in your portal's header. One tag and one script, no build step:

data-locality labels the line with your own reckoning. It does not recompute
anything — the figures remain the published tables', shown as indicative — so an account
that needs its own reckoning needs its own tables. data-href makes the tithi
a link; data-theme="dark" suits a dark header. If your portal sets a Content
Security Policy, allow swadharmaservices.in in script-src.
Today's Seva Kartas
The screen in your hall can name the people whose seva is being performed — those who booked today, and the Mūla Nidhi corpus donors whose endowment brings the seva round on this day each year. Where a donor has not opted to show a photograph, the deity image for that seva stands in their place.
