For organisations without a payment gateway

1. Many temples, trusts and Vedic institutions conduct ceremonies and sevas but have no online payment gateway of their own.
2. Swadharma Services lets such an organisation offer its Dharmik services here and take payment for them online.
3. The payment is taken through the Razorpay account of Sanatana Guru Sampradaya Pratishthanam Trust.
4. The organisation receives exactly 90% of the amount, settled by Razorpay to the organisation's own bank account weekly (Razorpay Route).
5. The Trust keeps 10%, and that 10% already includes the gateway charges (GST included). Nothing further is deducted.
6. The organisation's 90% is rounded to the nearest paisa (half a paisa rounds up); the Trust's 10% is the remainder.

1. Each booking names the organisation that conducts the service, and the price it has set.
2. The receipt is issued by Sanatana Guru Sampradaya Pratishthanam Trust, the integrator through whose gateway the payment is taken. It names the organisation that conducts the service.
3. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card and bank details are entered on Razorpay's page and never reach us.
4. Payments are not refunded; see the Cancellation and refund policy.

2. Services conducted directly by the Dharma Poshanam group are booked and paid on swadharma.dharmaposhanam.in.
